    Below are our terms and conditions that govern your purchase of products from Nordflora AB. By making a purchase with us, you agree to these terms.
    1. These provisions apply when you, as a consumer, place an order via Nordflora e-commerce at www.nordflora.se. By making a purchase on nordflora.se, you enter into an agreement with Nordflora AB and are aware that you are bound by these terms and conditions as well as our
      Privacy Policy, which you can access here: https://www.nordflora.se/integritetspolicy.
      Please note that these terms of purchase may be adjusted, and it is incumbent on you to carefully review the terms of each individual purchase.
  2. The execution of agreements.
    To complete a purchase on nordflor.com you must be over 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, a parent's consent is required according to the Parental Code. By placing an order on nordflora.com, you agree to the terms and conditions published at that time, which are listed below, and you certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct.
  3. Prices and payment
    1. The prices stated on Nordflora AB's website are in Swedish kronor and include VAT. VAT is specified on the order confirmation/receipt. Delivery charges are not included in the quoted prices) include VAT and any other applicable charges.
    2. Payment can be made using the payment methods listed on the Nordflora AB website. We reserve the right to change the available payment methods. (The current prices are clearly presented on the website in connection with the goods. In case of obvious price errors, we are not obliged to offer the incorrectly lower price).
    3. If there are any incorrect prices on our website, we reserve the right to correct these errors and to cancel the order if you do not accept the correct price. Making an order and payment on nordflora.com is safe, secure and easy. We offer the following payment options in Sweden: Mastercard/Eurocard, Swish or invoice/part payment (Klarna Konto).
    4. In order to reduce online fraud, a new law came into force on January 1, 2023 that requires strong identity verification for credit purchases. Against this background, BankID identification is now mandatory for all credit purchases on nordflora.se.
  4. Shipping and deliveries
    1. Nordflora AB strives to deliver the products within the time frame indicated on our website. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address and other circumstances beyond our control.
      At checkout, a preliminary delivery date is indicated for each shipping option. This date is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that during periods such as Christmas, other holidays or major promotions, there may be delays. The shipping cost for each delivery option is shown at checkout.
      Economy shipping (always free for purchases over SEK 700)
      Postnord
      Your postal code determines whether you can choose this shipping option. The package is delivered to the chosen agent or storage box and is notified by text message from Postnord. The package remains with the agent or parcel box for 7 days.
    2. If a delivery is delayed, Nordflora AB will inform you of the new delivery time as soon as possible.
  5. Right of withdrawal and return
    1. If you regret your purchase, you have the right to return the products within 14 days from the day you received them. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the purchase and return the products in accordance with our return instructions.
    2. Refunds also include shipping costs, but you are responsible for return shipping if the products are not defective.
    3. The return of products will not be accepted if the product is; opened, the protective patch is removed or other signs of use.
    4. If you wish to cancel your purchase or return any product from your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the products, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. To be accepted, the return product must be in unbroken, unused condition and be stored in
      undamaged original packaging with associated packaging. Products such as opened or used cosmetics, skincare and hygiene products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
      This is done to ensure that all our customers receive an unused and fresh product. As a customer, you are responsible for the risk of return shipping, including the risk of any damage or loss of the product during transportation back to us. Please ensure that the packaging is properly protected.
    5. After you have informed us of your wish to return, for example by creating a return under My Pages, you have 14 days under the Distance Contracts Act to return the product. Once we have received your return and assessed that the product is in substantially unchanged condition, we will within 14 days carry out the refund and notify you by email that the case is closed. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, pleasenote that the right of return and withdrawal only applies to unbroken packaging.
  6. Complaints and guarantees
    1. If you discover errors or defects in the products you have purchased from Nordflora AB, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to correct the error or offer you a replacement product or refund in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
    2. Our warranty only covers faults or damage caused by manufacturing defects.
      If you regret your purchase, make a return. For damaged products or if any product is missing from your order, make a claim. Please note that we do not offer a "customer satisfaction guarantee". This means that we do not accept returns or complaints for used products that do not meet your expectations. In case of allergy or hypersensitivity, we always recommend that you test a new product on a small surface, such as
      wrist, and wait for 24 hours to see if there is any reaction.
      Skin cream can protect your skin from external influences, but if there are internal diseases that lead to skin problems, you must first treat them with your doctor. Try the products that suit you best. Be patient - it usually takes 1-2 months before you see the effect.
    3. After registering your return or complaint request, you will receive information by email with further instructions regarding your case. If the product needs to be returned to us, please wait for a return shipping label. Please note that we do not refund any of our own shipping costs.
      If you need help registering your return or complaint, you can contact our Customer Service for assistance. Our contact details can be found here. To speed up the complaint handling process, you can upload a picture of the actual damage or cause of the complaint (for complaints only).
      As a customer, you are responsible for the product until it has been received by our returns department, including the risk of damage or loss during shipping back to us. For safe transportation, please ensure that the packaging is properly protected.
  7. Applicable law and dispute
    In the event of a dispute, Nordflora AB follows the decision of the General Complaints Board. The General Complaints Board can be reached either via the website www.arn.se or through the address Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. You can also complain via the EU's online platform for dispute resolution, which you can reach via http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
    These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and, notwithstanding what is stated in the paragraph above, shall be decided by the general court.According to the Consumer Purchase Act, it is not possible to complain about a product in the event of dissatisfaction as we do not have
    any satisfaction guarantee.
    In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board (ARN).
